haiis.
today's my 3rd day workinq at macs.
i was told yest tat i need to work at lobby for 4 days before i can learn kitchen.
erhhs but somehow today they lemme fry hash browns.
''harsh browns'' < cuz have to treat them harshly. like. erhhs banq tat tray on de tinq to qet de hash browns out..
i memorize de stuffs lerhs!
ettttto.
before start.
__secs wash hands - wash till elbow.
fryinq hash browns __mins __sec.
den put on top of de oil for __secs.
den put in de other side for packinq.
can only put thr for max __mins cuz after tat hash browns wun be crispy.
de deqree for de oil is ___.
max number of hash browns per tray is __.
when takinq hash browns to fry muz wear bluuuuuue qloves.

but den wo tanq dao wo de shou when i was fryinq D:
touched de metals by accident.
i din make any sound =X
den continue fryinq.
sometimes blowblow hand sometimes shakeshake hand.
until peak period over liaos den qot ppl help me cha yao.
cuz i din say ma. den ppl all bz noone noticed. lol.
den cuz cha yao le cannot touch foood.
den cannot touch water yet.
so i went back do lobby.
